Rental Rates

4-H BUILIDNG:

$350 per day plus a $250 refundable cleaning/key/damage deposit. Half day rental $200 (8a-2p or 3p-12a)

EXPO BUILDING:

$350 per day plus a $250 refundable cleaning/key/damage deposit. Half day rental $200 (8a-2p or 3p-12a).

ARENA:

$350 per day plus a $300 cleaning deposit. This includes having the arena watered and worked and ready for the start of the event.

ANIMAL BARNS OR PAVILION:

$100 per day, plus a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. If a key will be needed there is an additional $25 key deposit.

Both deposits are refundable.

BEER BOOTH:

$500 per day, plus a $200 refundable deposit. Proof of approved security. All contracts for events must be handled through the Fair Board office.

**** No glass bottles are allowed on the fairgrounds.***

FOOD CONCESSIONS:

All Fair and non-fair events are a flat fee of $250, with a refundable $200 cleaning/key deposit.

All users of the concession booth must provide their own propane and the booth must be thoroughly cleaned after use.

FEE FOR EMMETT COMMUNITY PLAYHOUSE FOR 4-H BLDG:

$100 for the week of the play plus a $100 refundable cleaning/key deposit.

HORSE BARNS:

Short-term (10 days or less) - $20 per night.

Long-term (over 10 days) - $150 per month; plus a one-time $50 per stall cleaning fee.

There is also a $100 per month tack room fee.
